The first session will be an assessment session in which I will ask you a series of questions. Sessions are usually held weekly. We can set a goal/goals at the start of therapy and we continue to monitor progress with periodic mini-review sessions. 

I am an integrative therapist which means I combine different approaches to  personalise what each client needs.

Concession rates are not currently available (as have filled my allocation) but please check back for updates to this. At times when I have a waiting list, or counselling may be prohibitive due to cost, I can recommend another counsellor who specialises in narcissistic abuse recovery.
